Cape Automation Systems commenced business in 1988 when it acquired
the Johnson Controls ABCS Accreditation to provide Building Management System solutions in the Western Cape.
Johnson Controls is a leading product and service provider of Building Management Systems, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration
controls and heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
The association of our senior management team with Johnson Controls commenced in 1973 with the
emergence of Building Management Systems in South Africa.

These teams are responsible for project management from the initial phase of tendering to the final project handover phase. Every aspect of the Technical and Engineering services are provided by these teams from project inception to project conclusion. These teams are similarly responsible for the implementation of custom systems integration solutions which incorporates compatibility through every part of a building’s sub systems.
Our Current Building Management System Project commitments include the projects in the medium to large office facilities, hospitals, retail centres and public facilities.
This business unit is responsible for the maintenance and operational validation of installed systems, with a commitment to offering professional after sales service and support to our clients.
Our Current Control Service commitments include the provision of services in medium to large office facilities, hospitals, retail centres and public facilities.This business unit is responsible for Electrical and Mechnical Maintenance of Installed Air Conditioning Plant in medium to large office facilities, hospitals, retail centres and public facilities.
Our Current Electrical and Mechnical Maintenance commitments include the provision of services in medium to large office facilities, hospitals, retail centres and public facilities.
This business unit is responsible for Electrical and Mechanical Equipment Installations of Air Conditioning Plant in small and medium Facilities.
Our Current Electrical and Mechnical Maintenance commitments include the provision of Air Conditioning installations in small and medium office facilities, Public facilities and retail centres.
